ABOUT US
What we do...
Our primary focus is to support the continued development of Teaching, Learning and Assessment in Further Education. We have adopted a coaching ethos and utilise the CLEAR model for staff development. Offering a range of bespoke CPD both in-person and online we aim to empower teachers to be innovative and take risks in the classroom.

The team is dedicated and focused on driving and improving the standards of Teaching, Learning and Assessment (TLA) in Further Education. Our goal is to support teaching staff through a coaching ethos.

Some of the ways we support this is by delivering bespoke, customised Continuous Professional Development (CPD) sessions.

These include: CPD Discovery & Innovation Pathways on a variety of TLA Themes, Group training sessions which can be requested by your Head of Department, recorded CPD sessions on our Stream channel, e-Learning modules and 121 Coaching sessions. All of which can be delivered online or in-person.

We pride ourselves on delivering a tailored, coaching focused pathway to self-discovery for our staff. The teams ethos and principles are centred around the CLEAR coaching model.
